  • I'm 62 and having just lost 2st 5lbs I think I look better than I have in a long time, I joined S/W 7th January 2016 started eating fresh/frozen veg, eating more fruit, fish and lean meats and not cutting chocolate and treats out completely, I drink plenty of fluids so for me it's both
  • Would love to join the "club", I'm 5'1, 60 years old and 147lbs I plan to lose 1-2lbs a week
  • I'm 5"1 but I keep yo yo-ing, I lost 1. 1/2lbs last week and then this week I've put 1/2 back on...............still never mind
  • Yes looking at the two pictures side by side they do look similar  , I think they are great pictures.
  • I've recently gone back to S/W (past couple of weeks) so I reevaluated my exercise routine, in the past it was everyday but I found I started to dislike it and as a consequence stopped doing it all together. Now providing I get in x3 45mins exercise in each week, it could be any day, I'm happy and more inclined to do it…
  • Hiya, I too am going to a Slimming World group and so far I've not done to badly (a steady 1lb a week) but I too find it difficult at the weekend. I'm 5ft 1inch tall and currently weight 134lbs so I'm pretty much in the same situation
  • Exercise in conjunction with a healthy diet does help you loose weight, you need to expend the calories you put in You don't have to do fantastic amounts of exercise, if your normally the sedentary type a good brisk walk to the shops will help, leave the car at home, if your more active a power walk.................its not…
  • I have an incredibly sweet tooth and find it hard to resist, so, I break my chocolate into squares and freeze it, I also freeze grapes, both of these last quiet a while so by the time they've melted I've gotten over my sugar craving..............works for me
