Hi everyone. I should be starting wk3 of TF but I've been unwell this week. Can anyone advise me what I should do? Should I do what's left of wk3 and continue like normal or repeat wk3 nxt week? Thanks in advance.

Hey, I just started the first turbofire session yesterday. I have never sweated that much... ever! I really enjoyed it though, although I think it will take me a while to properly pick up the moves. I'm so excited to see the results.

I agree with you. I just started yesterday and already I'm unsure when to do my workouts. I work 12.5 hr shifts, so on those days I'm thinking I won't be too motivated to get back from work and do my exercises. So an early stat might be the best thing for me too.

Hi, I would also like to ask some advice on the schedule. I just stated yesterday and I plan to do all the workouts but just shuffle the days around slightly. As I work 12.5 hr shifts and don't fancy doing a 50 minute workout, but would be ok doing a shorter one. Do you think this is ok?

Hi all. I just ordered TurboFire today after reading all the inspirational posts on MFP. I am so tired of complaining about my weight, I've decided to do something about it. currently I am 5ft4" (162.5) and 148lbs and my overall goal is 126lbs. Can't wait til it arrives.
