Heh... I sometimes feel bad for the people downstairs because I'm usually up more at night. I have carpets, and it's not like I'm blasting music and jumping up and down. There's nothing I can do about it. It's just something you have to deal with if you choose to live next to other people.

I don't know, squats sure feel a hell of a lot like cardio to me.

Hmm... I'm really not sure. I'm from Belarus, so Eastern European. Not sure what sort of ailments are common there. It does affect my choice in foods. I prefer Russian bread, and eat salmon roe for breakfast and totally love sala (salted pig fat). I'm sure it has some sort of impact on me.

Hmmm, maybe talk to your doctor about another medication? Or maybe a lower dose. 20mg of Lexapro totally killed my sex drive and made me a little crazy. Maybe you're having some of the side effects of it too.
