I usually make the first move. I hate anticipation. Either the guy says yes and we go out, or he says no and I can stop thinking about it.

Maybe.... I get the feeling I'd have to work pretty hard for it though.

On the weekends I tend to go a little crazy... sometimes going up to like 4,000 cals or so... But I've lost weight every week.

If there's an easy way to tell, I haven't found it. The sh*tty thing is that it's also different from brand to brand. A 16 from Lane Bryant fits me just fine, but a 16 from Guess won't make it past my butt. It's frustrating. All you can do is try stuff on :ohwell:

Unless you have some sort of condition that makes sugar important, just stop tracking it. I used to hate seeing my sugar in the red every day because I had some apples and grapes so I just took it off my list.

People shouldn't be made fun of or ridiculed based on appearance. That being said, I don't think being fat should be promoted either.
