I'm making a keto stuffing with sausage, almond or flax bread, nuts, onions, celery et cetera. I'm allergic to turkey so I'll be avoiding that, so this "stuffing" will be my main dish, along with cornish game hen. After I fry up my bacon, I pour all the fat into a container that I keep in the fridge, pull it out by the teaspoon/tablespoon to use for cooking eggs and such, and then I definitely log that amount. Maybe that's too strict, but it's worked for me so far! Sorry this was a bit rambling, and hope this helps.

I'm certainly no expert, but from the looks of it, you're doing great. If you're unhappy with how you're feeling after awhile, I'd recommend upping your fat intake—that's what helped me. Otherwise, great work! And like kiramaniac said, make sure to drink enough water.

Mcdonald's: Two double cheeseburgers, no ketchup, no bun (they'll wrap them in lettuce automatically). Fits my macros perfectly! You can always ask for no onions/mustard/etc if you're really worried about carbs
