  • I try to drink 1 1/2 litres a day and if possible 2. Takes a bit to get use to but now it's automatic, I just keep topping my glass up and it also helps in limiting tea and coffee intake.
  • Are you drinking enough water? Also with me I can't eat too many carbs so I limit those and only have small amounts and once a week of pasta, rice pototoes or bead. Good luck
  • I hit a plateau very early in my diet and since I've 'upped' my water intake, anything from 1.5 to 2 litres a day, my weight is starting to come down again. I lose weight very very slowly but at least it's now going in the right direction. Good luck
