Ah yes - to eat or not to eat those 'earned' (and they are) calories... I've done a comparison between my last 3 weeks in this respect - i've only been a member that long.... Hi there - managing to keep up with the challenges - just!!! the water is the one i'm struggliung with (but lemon slices are helping) I forgot to give my goal at the beginning of this (doh!) Am hoping to llose 3kg throughout the challenge... Many thanks for starting it up.... inspiring :wink:

I am a New member (3 weeks) - looking for a spark of motivation - this may just be what i need.... With a 17.5kg loss as my goal - hope to achieve by end of May!!! Ambitious but a challenge... Count me in :-)
