I agree with QuilterInVA, I usually try and hit between 100 - 120 per day. I actually changed my value on MFP to show my alternate protein goal :)

The first time I did C25K, I was a "repeater" because if I didn't do the specific day the way that the beeps wanted me to, I didn't feel I was strong enough to complete the next day, which in turn put that into my head that "I can't do the next day :( ", so I would repeat. Hi! I completed C25K and Bridge to 10k a couple of years ago, but I stopped running last year and gained back almost 20 of the 50 pounds I lost :( I would love to lose the 20 I gained back and then another 40 on top of that.
