If you really want more protein then why don't reduce some carbs and add it to protein, it's 1:1.

You don't need cardio to lose weight. I've been cutting from 170lbs down to 157lbs, still cutting, without cardio. Personally, it's too damn boring.

Buy some protein that actually taste good. I used to buy Optimum Nutrition, the taste is pretty good and macros are really good. Now I use MTS Whey, best protein I have ever tasted, look it up, you'll find not a single person saying how bad it taste. I'll add strawberries or bananas.
