No such thing... People think they're overtraining all the time, yet, they have absolutely no idea what it actually takes to over train. There's no such thing as overtraining, there is however UNDER RECOVERY.

If you want tiny Justin Beiber abs then yes, just lower your body fat until you see them. You want them popping out, it's like any other muscle, you need to hit them with weights and have them grow.

I went cold turkey, but I only smoked for about 6 years. Haven't touched a cigarette in years. Start hitting the gym and focus on say your physique, so you get your mind off of the craving. I basically replaced one addiction with another...the gym. Smoking is disgusting habit...
