This is week 5 of Alpha for me. I went from 172 to about 168. Not much weight change, but I'm down to a 31 waist, and have lost body fat from 16.7% to 14%. I'm a 5'9.5" male turning 43yrs old this year. The workouts are amazing considering it's only 25 min. The key is food intake. I haven't been strictly following the T25…
