Ive done the diet, done the steroids, baking soda, everything... Tried allopurinol...100mg...baby dose...did't work long. No on a combo of colchicine - which i had taken before with side effects - angina - felt like i was having a heart attck - this time no side effects. Also taking uloric... lowers your uric acid…

im glad I found this thread. im 53, over weight (350) and tired (of it) I started p90x on April 1 and lost 6 pounds this week. I just weigh in once a week, Mondays. my goal is 250 then we'll see where we go from there. BP is a tad high, I have planter fasciitis as well. when younger I was in good shape, what happened?…

I know right, who cares what others think...treadmill is easier on the joints, but running outside in the elements keeps it real, esp if your traing for a 5k or whatever. c25k is a good program, im doing it too. some days are better than others, but at least try to get out and do it and if you fail for a day or two, so…

strecth really well and possibly do lite cardio plus drink lots of fluids including chocolate milk. chocolate milk is a great recovery drink to well, help u recover faster

day 4 done yesterday - cardio workout along with abs. i was really early yesterday so a little bit tired but i fought off the urge not to workout and did ok with it. still have a longggg way to go esp with the abs workout.

got through day 3 and did day 2 of c25k. i hope i can continue to do this. its a ton of work but i feel sooo much better after im done.

im on day 2 of power 90. ive done p90x before and its way hrder. i took a few months off medical issue and being lazy. i ordered p90 so i could gradually get back into it. its not bad the cardio is a good work out for sure and the abs kicked my butt. i started out doing only 4 to 6 reps. good first 2 days so far.

my wife has been doing a great job at getting herself back into it and it shows. I tell her men are constantly checking her out, she just laughs about, but i know she likes it, what woman, or man for that matter wouldnt. She loves to be flirty with guys she knows and its led to a few interesting expericiences :)

I just bought a hybrid bike recently. We have a nice path / trail that goes for miles in either direction. been riding about 6 -8 miles a day. You know i never knew bike riding burned as many calories as it does. cycling beats jogging, esp at my weight. I would like a more accurate tracker to see how far and fast im going.…
