Sounds crazy, but there is an idea that when I run, I would love to be able to run with my shirt off and not feel self-conscious. I am turning 50 later this year, and while I am in decent shape (if I ignore BMI Indexs) I imagine that I giggle probably more than I do. I do not have six pack abs, but there is something there.

Seldom, seldom, happens. I can normally kill this by asking if this is a quicky or not. Quicky, I doubt I have ever been to tired for. (Passing out after sex = better sleep.) Non-quicky - well the question normally kills the mood right there.

I signed up for the Marine Corp (MCM) last year, tried to do it on my own, looking back it was a mistake because I was not a runner, it was too easy to skip training runs. It often takes quite a while. Our minds play tricks on us, so we often to not see the changes that others see quickly. (We see ourselves everyday. Others do not, so differences pop to them.) And often the same weight we did not see creeping on, we miss, slipping off.
