Cute, young, and plays with her picture filters way too much

First, taking the treadmill next to you is probably nothing. I have my preferred Treadmill, I have a second or third choice too, but have have a preferred one. I do not care that 5 or 10 others are open, if that one is open that is the one I am going to. (And from taking to friends I know a lot of people have preferred…

I am open to more friends. But please either write something about yourself or fill in your profile, because lets be honest, it is hard to be truly supportive if I am having to make up everything about you from one picture.
-
Am I the only one that tries to look at profiles to determine if it makes any sense before accepting? (Too many people seem to have hidden or blank profiles.)

Find other things you like. Personally I found Sweet Tea as a sub. (Not great but better.) Then I started finding different ways to drink water. Personally if it is ice cold I will drink it, when it gets warm I stop. At first I switched to a bit of tea, but as I have transitioned it has been less and less. Found a cup that…

It is easy to say stay the course. But on occasions we all fall of the wagon. So try to eat reasonably for the next few days, but if life throws you out for four or five days, it is not the end of the world. If you can pack a few healthy options for lunch and snacking, then great, but if not it is not the end of the world.…

Honestly, I do not know the context of everything, and yes it obviously caused you pain. But for someone to go that out of their way, they either hated you for some reason, had psychological issues themselves, or were crushing on you secretly. (I am not saying that there was any excuse for it, but...) My first gut instinct…

I was going to say basically what has been said before. 12lbs in a month is a good month. Now maybe you have had a slow week or two towards the end, I do not know, and maybe that is why you are feeling that it is a barrier, but 12lbs is pretty good. Basically, healthy weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint. Biggest Loser…

Welcome to one of the most disputed topics on MFP. Both sides quoting "Facts" and "Objective Data," both sides pointing to studies to back up their claims. Both sides swearing the other sides "Facts" or "Studies" are BS.
-
MFP is giving you what they think is the ideal. I would say eat a good healthy meal tonight and move forward. Take one day at a time, some days you will be ever, some days you will be under. The idea is to try to stay consistent, but hiccups happen.

How do I say this. You are not alone. My upper body and legs hold very little fat, it all accumulates around my waist and handlebars, too. Now I am down nearly 50 lbs, and while it came from all over, my waist is still a problem area. Heck if I could get rid of that I think to myself some days that I would be soo set, but…

I have seen a couple of places do away with them. They are required to be cleaned out nightly, and that takes time, added to the risk, and the smaller gym I went to argued that no one ever used it. I know they other gym it is used, but time, costs money, that added to health risks, I can see Boards saying that it is not…

Upper/Lower, Push/Pull, create a plan. Try it for a month, and then access whether it is working for you or not.

There will be plenty of walkers. But if you wanted to try to run, walk, run, every other day for the next 10 days, 1) to see how you do, 2) to get a feel for what you can do, 3) if you can determine your pace. You might surprise yourself. (Maybe you can only run a 1/2 mile, maybe you can make it a mile, maybe you will only…

Ok, if he has an issue with Babe, I am thinking he might have an issue with any Pet Name.

This is my opinion and my interpretation. And honestly this is not the place for this, nor do we have enough information. This is tough on multiple levels. Is it love or money. Baggage you both have. Dreams you both have different are different. Though honestly I am wondering if both of you understand what you really want,…

You mirror me to some extent. Multivitamin, BCAA and a protein shake. The shake is my breakfast, mainly because I would completely skip Breakfast otherwise, and it gives my body something. The BCAA I actually drink as my Pre- and During workout. Personally, I have worked-out with and without them and I feel like I…

Remember it is attempting to estimate your calories burned based on your steps and your settings. So if you are worried that it is over-estimating, or you are not losing weight, then you could try to just not eat back the extra calories. (Yeah, I know, where is the fun in that?)

You ask hard questions. I started as Weights and No Cardio. Though being over 30, (ok over 40 too,) I quickly figured out that Cardio was badly needed so I added running, though running can get boring to me. So to me it was a matter of looking around and seeing what was offered. I mean Yoga and Pilaties might be great for…

It is a lot like those wanting friends, but then you open their profiles and they have never bothered to fill them in. No picture, no information, no note??? I am open to added people, but I am also content doing my thing.

We all get discouraged at one point or another. Find your goals, define them, write them down where you will see them, establish steps of how you will get there. Any never be afraid to tweak your routine. Change takes time, and we all fall down on occasion. If it were easy Fitness would not be a Hundred Billion dollar…

Everybody is different. What are you attracted to, what are they. Some might not be, but then again are you attracted to EVERY guy who is fit? To me it was more about confidence, I met some skinny girls with no confidence and bigger girls with confidence, the confidence spoke volumes. The fact that you work out and want to…

We all have good days and bad ones. The important thing is that you recognize what you did and take steps to prevent it from happening again, or at least often. (Life is a marathon, not a Sprint.) Tomorrow is a new day, of course I normally point out that tonight is another meal, don't starve yourself, you might still be…

How do I say this; Bodybuilding is something some people aspire to, many do not. Like many other things including tattoos, many people like them, good for them, for me most of tattoos leave me scratching my head at why someone in their right mind would do that, but it is their body so that is on them. I do not want a…

What do you want it to do? I have had two Charge HRs but they do fall apart. Great battery and motivating to me. I like steps, flight, heart rate and sleep tracking. But I wanted waterproof and GPS, so I went TomTom Spark, battery sucks, you need to recharge nightly. Apple Watch has the same issue. Now I am thinking about…

I have hit kind of a plateau, but I am making changes to try to break through. I am check in daily, and have for a while, but plateaus mean change is needed, so let’s see if a bigger network helps.

I personally try to stay around 200, but I am not calling it low carb. I have seen several guys who compete try to hold at under 70 for about a month or two before a competition. And I have recently seen someone else doing some sort of Cycle purge where he ranges under 10 one day a week, 70 four others, then 150-200 on…
