:smile: :smile: My weigh in yesterday morning I was down 3 lbs for the week, and I only took my measurements in my waist and I was already down a little over an inch. Over the past several weeks with my normal workouts I have been only losing a lb and less then a lb a week, so I have to credit the 30 day shred for my 3 lbs…

I took a two day break this weekend, but jumped right back on this morning, so day 5 is completed :)). I might still be sore, but let me tell you I am super happy my results!!! :smile:

I seem to go through one every three weeks, and I will either change my eating habits, or bump up my exercise, and it seems to help me, but everyone is different. Google "how to shock your body", and you should be able to find some helpful 411. Good luck to you! :D

I can relate, and have found it hard to lose the wieght over the years but found the inner strength and determination to lose the weight and thus far have been successful. With this site you will find the support, and encouragement to help you with your goal. So good luck and best of luck to you! :) PS I was told years ago…

I have those weeks at least once a month, where I stay the same or will be over a little from the previous weeks weigh in. It could be water weight, or just the fact your body needs s change in your workour or what you are eating, so try changing it up every so often. Hope this helps, and hang in there b/c as they say"…

I myself am cheap, and was previously a member of weight watchers years ago, but you will find this site is very helpful and the support is wonderful. I also had a baby last year, and was determined to lose the baby weight plus, and thus far with the help of this site, and exercising I have lost 36 lbs as of 1/1/11. So good luck to you, and feel free to add me! :smile:
