When I started MFP in February I was a size 22, and as of today I am a size 10, so yes if can be done! :smile:

Completed day one of week 2 this morning, and I have to say Jillian sure has stepped it up from week one. Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to keep up more, and by the end of the week will find the circuits a breeze as I did in week 1! :)

I took a break yesterday, but got day 4 in this morning! :D And to tell you the truth after day one I thought week one was going to be a challenge,but after working out today it was a breeze working through the circuits. So def looking forward to week 2, and to my weigh in this weekend! :D I

I did the shred in the morning 4 times a week, plus worked out 5 days a week at the gym, and walked 2-3 times a week 3-4 miles in the evening. :smile:

Day 2 completed, and feeling great, even after a 3 mile walk yesterday! Keep up the good work everyone! :D

I completed day one of RI30 this morning, yayy!! :D So far the RI30 is def more challenging then the 30DS, but I am up for it, and looking forward to the results at the end! :D

I loved level 2, it was by far my fav!! I started level 3 today, and really not a fan of all the jumping, but overall it was a great workout! :glasses:

I don't know if you have already went for level two, but if not I would say go for it. I was getting bored with level 1 so I went ahead two days early on to level 2. Just remember though you know what is best for you, and if you are still getting a good workout with level one, and feel like you haven't mastered it then…
