I've gone from a 22 to a 14 in ten months. That's 4 sizes, right? I'm border line 12 right now and I'd like to be in a 10 for my second wedding anniversary (12/10/11). Do you think this is do-able? That's about 6 weeks away.

Do I focus more of weight training/pilates or cardio?

I think it's possible. Try Jillian Michael's 30-Day Shred. Even if you don't do it for a full 30 days or every day, you can get some major toning resulting from the workout! Good luck!

When I started MFP in February I was a size 22, and as of today I am a size 10, so yes if can be done!

It really depends on where you lose your weight. I went from a 10 to a 0-2 from January to May (still a 0 per Old Navy & Gap) and lost around 25 pounds (from 156 to 130). A friend of mine lost around the same amount of weight and is still wearing the same pants she was wearing because she lost it all in her upper body and I lost it more all over (but mainly from stomach & hips).

    It can be done though!
