I don't know the nutritional value of Kosher gelatin, regular unflavored gelatin has apx. 10g protein per packet and 30 calories. I aim for 3 meals a day averaging 500-600 cals each. Sometimes I need an afternoon snack, I try to keep it around 200 cal. I tend to eat between 1500 and 1800 cals a day.
