Almond Rice pudding! Take the cooked rice, add almond milk (or reg milk) to 1/2" over rice, cook over med heat for 20-30 min. Add 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla extract and raisins (optional) enjoy hot or cold!

I am in maintenance, so I only weigh and measure myself once a month. I workout daily and try to be under my cal goal. While I get the weight flux from daily weighing I don't like having to see the numbers go up. Weighing monthly I see very little change in my numbers.

LOL, pain and my husbands snoring keep me from sleeping well. The best sleep I get is when he is out of town! I take melatonin most nights; I believe it helps when I am consistent with taking it. I aim for 15 cups a day using a water bottle that holds 24 oz. It is still cool here so I warm my water up (not hot, just warm) and add a few drops of lemon or lime juice. In the past I have tried using extracts to flavor with success, too. I do not count coffee, tea or flavored zero calorie drinks as water.

Have you considered adding friends and watching what they are doing? It may help give insight to how other people track and log their food intake and exercise output.
