Good morning all, pain filled start to the day. Hooked up to TENS, just got off my ice pack and really no relief. What are your weapons against stress (pain) eating? I don't believe it will be a huge issue for me today, as I am nauseated from the pain right now…but last night was a different story.

Good afternoon all, New member here, I have DDD L4/L5, L6 is thinning - chronic pain especially in the winter months has been away of life for me for 24 years. Ice - lay on a soft ice pack with your legs elevated 15 min. An inversion table can help - all depends on your injury. Give your self time to heal - walk in the mean…

Might I suggest keeping "emergency" food in your vehicle. I have found keeping peanut butter, nuts, to go applesauce and similar items in my truck help me control impulse eating. I work at maintaining a vegetarian diet most of the week and I avoid processed foods as much as possible. Same thing at work - I keep food at my…
