I struggle with this as well. I am set at 1200 calories, but have been working out 6 days a week. I am burning between 525-675 calories a day with exercise. I do not eat them back. Occasionally, I will go over my 1200 cals a bit (100-150 cals.) but not sure if I should be eating back those extra calories burned.

Agree with other posters. Try to clean up your eating a bit and make sure you are getting your water in. I have been there before. I am really trying to clean up may eating (especially snacking). I have found The Mayo Clinic Book to be a good resource to help with starting to clean up your diet.

AVOID THE RUNNING TIGHTS!... The guys in my class wear gym shorts and tanks or t's. I think you may want to be sure your packed tightly if you know what I mean. (compression undies):blushing:
