Mine swell during the night, after a heavy intense workout.....my solution....I don't sleep with my rings or workout with my rings.....and drink plenty of water to wash out the extra sodium...even though I don't eat alot of it.

It seems weekends are hard for almost everyone.....myself included. The Zumba training is a one day training and learn the basics of Zumba in Zumba Basic 1 - Merengue, Salsa, Reggaeton and Cumbia. Mostly movements, but some class time (about an hours worth). I too work a desk job from 7 am - 5:30 pm four days a week and two nights a week I go straight to school and don't get home until about 8:30 pm so I understand where you are coming from. You have to do what makes you feel. As for the weighing every day...I actually threw my scale away because of the same thing.
