Yep. I used the Week 1 Day One of C25K to do my first run. OK, technically it was a run/walk but the fact that I could run nine heats of 30 or 60 seconds each surprised me.

Not to Bubba Gump you but shrimp. Boiled shrimp, grilled shrimp. baked shrimp. Calorie breakdown: 15% fat, 4% carbs, 81% protein. Then again, I live on the gulf coast of Texas. Shrimp is in season and cheaper than good ground beef right now.
