Good Morning to you also. If I walk at 3.0 on the treadmill at the gym for the whole mile it equaled exactly at 20 min/mile.

I weigh myself every morning at the same time, and log it on my online calendar. I have found that it has helped me understand how my body works. I have consistently lost weight and have avoided plateaus so far.

I also have PCOS and Hypothyroidism. I also take Metformin for the PCOS, switched to a low GI diet, and go to the gym five days a week. I am now down 81 pounds. Congrats on your weight loss also!

My feet have been shrinking also. I never thought I had fat feet. I would have preferred the weight to come off my tummy.

It is tasty! This pizza appears almost once a week in my meals. I change up the seasonings and toppings and decrease the amount of cheese. I also add flax seeds to the crust. Yummy!

Chicken, Fiber One multi-grain bread and cereal, spinach, cottage cheese and an apple are usually incorporated somewhere in my daily meals/snacks.
