How about frozen vegetables? They are low cal as long as you don't get the ones with all the sauces and are just as good for you as fresh. Its not a total solution, but a bag of frozen green beans or broccoli will help with that tiny hot pocket meal!

I've thought of it as a hobby, containing other hobbies. I like dancing and sports, and now I'm adding eating better to the mix. It does take time like a hobby does. I do a lot more food planning and cooking than when I don't think about it like a hobby. and I'm enjoying the results!

There are products that reduce chaffing, usually used my runners and bikers. I actually like to wear bike shorts or compression shorts/pants to make sure the fabric stays in place over my thighs. If you don't want to be seen in Spandex (I don't) just wear another pair of lose shorts over the bike ones. I agree Chub rub…

Rum and diet coke and drink it slow if I want to be good. Also water between drinks. If I plan ahead I leave enough calories for my favorite craft beer

I run so I can drink a few more :) Also the best way to combat the weekend partying is playing 2 hours of field hockey slightly hung over :) Sadly I've noticed as I lose weight, I'm more of a lightweight. Time to cut down a bit.

When I had back and neck pain I went and saw a chiropractor. In addition to the adjustments and massage he did to make my pain go away, I was given exercises to keep it form coming back again. I highly recommend it!

It took 10 lbs for the boy friend to really notice, And then the dance troupe was next when I was wearing a costume (that shows everyone my tummy) I'm rather short, so a few pounds go a long way. I haven't gotten new pants yet, but Ive worn dresses a bit more as they are more forgiving to the smaller waist (I hate belts)

Wear what your comfortable in. I see plenty of women in a sports bra and shorts. I would if I wasn't so pale, so its t-shirt or LOTS of sunblock. T-shirt is easier.

My calves have always been large from playing sports when I was younger. Its just part of what makes me me :) They dont get any smaller when I lose weight.

I graduated HS at 125. I lost alot of weight playing Field Hockey Junior and Senior Year. I'm 146 as of this morning, so plus 21 Lbs.
