I'm 5ft. Highest weight was 160. Currently at 126.5. Goal is 120. Getting SOOO close!

I will try to log everything. I won't sweat it if I don't. Also running a 10K Turkey Trot in the morning so I can eat more turkey!

Not crazy at all! The time we overindulge is a great time to start because it'll help you think before you stuff! At least that's how its been working for me. Also if I eat it I have to log it, and I get lazy, so I wont always eat it :)

My favorite are under armor panties! they feel great under my shorts!

Underarmour cold gear. Its a bit pricey, but breathes well after you warm up.

Playing field hockey I broke my hand when it got caught in my own shorts.

I joined a running club! Everything is better with friends.

I do flight control, so I also often change what shift I work. I just use what day I'm on. Once midnight hits I change to the next day. I have to think about what I can eat when on those transition days, but it works well for me.

Its hard to learn that good for you food is good too! And I love the couch! TV Is great. but I've had to learn that other things are great too! Your in the right place to starting learning! Feel Free to add!

When I broke my arm, the stationary bike was my friend.

Cabbage Soup Diet. Did not last the week. But did discover that I like the soup, I just needed real food to go with it. I actually lost 40 Lbs with Slim-fast in college. It took me 15 years to gain it all back. I decided to eat real food this time :)

I did it years ago. I could only handle the chocolate and mocha flavor. Both the vanilla and strawberry are gross.

Yes! Because I now have hips that I don't need to search for! Then I tell my belly that it too will soon be gone :)

One of my new goals is to lose enough weight to look good in a Super Mario Bothers dress when it come back into stock in a month :) Other than that I read too much and work for the Space Program :) Oh yeah, and to Medevil combat in my spare time.

Hmm it keeps changing as I find new ones! I go for the Craft Porters and Stouts and always wanting to try a new one. Cedar Creek's Spinning Mule was a recent awesome one.

I use a hand held water bottle with a pouch. Holds my phone also! I only use it when I'm going to be out for 1.5 hours or longer.
