Way to go!! It's so hard to avoid it because your brain WANTS it sooo bad! But the hard work isn't worth the 10 minutes of taste! Plus afterwards you feel guilty and then get mad!! Wahoooooo for small victories! keep it up!

I was having problems eating so much "extra" or rather eating back exercise calories, but I think that I finally broke through the plateau. I lowered my calorie intake to 1250 a day and have a much easier time eating back the exercise calories. 3…

I drink decaf green tea with honey 5 days a week. It curbs my hunger and speeds up your metabolism! I think it's helped me hit my first 10 lbs!! Best of luck to you!
