I would like to be down 15 lbs in 2 months and ultimately 25 lbs by August. I am trying to be in the mind set of baby steps. I have set small mile markers ....i.e....a couple of wardrobe fittings. I plan to celebrate each achievement as I progress.

Hello My name is Tanya and I am looking for accountability as well. I exercise regularly but am having problems with my eating. I don't seem to have any self control when I am offered or in the presence of foods that I need to avoid. I need all the support I can get to get stronger.
