Welcome! I have found that small changes over time work best at getting me to "stick to it." If I try to do too much at once then I fall off the wagon. Good luck!

I don't often eat them back. I just am finding that I'm not hungry and it's so much food. If you're losing weight then I would just keep up what you're doing.

Get the offending snack foods out of your house! If my kids want a special snack like that I can buy them a small package or make 1/4 batch of cookies so there won't be any left!
