You could always go "hardcore" and try a raw food diet :p The base I run on has raspberry bushes and the last time I did a zombie run I found a ripe one that managed to survive the deer and whatever else hangs out on the base (you'd think this place was a small game reserve, shooting on a military base is of course a "no"…

**Possible spoiler if you haven't listened to any of it yet** When I was listening to the first story, first run, and they talked about the first runner 5 I was mentally telling the guy, "hey, I'm not replacing your girlfriend!" since I am a girl. It would be interesting to think of the story from different gender…

I started doing the 5k training missions so they fit in fairly well with the track we have on the base. It's outside and through a bunch of old fields. I've only done two of the 5k missions so far, though, so as the story progresses it might fit less. Today I decided I was going to do the zombie run on the way to my son's…

Fun! You should post pictures after everyone is dressed up, especially if you zombie out the kids. I have a 5 year old and we are going as Grim (him) and Mandy (me). If I can get Mandy's hair right we should be a pretty amusing little couple.

I have to work too early for morning runs, plus drop a kid off at Kindergarten... but the track on the base where I work would be perfect during the foggy season. Maybe one morning when he has school and I don't work I'll run through some stories. It would be super fun and in the morning there are not likely to be many…

Sounds fun! I'll send a request when I get home. I live in the Bay Area, CA so I can run year around. I'll entertain anyone who gets snowed in :)

It would be fun to do this app at night! I don't know of any good/safe places where I live. We do have a lot of farm country but we also have wild animals to include the ocasional coguar or bobcat (probably the later) sighting. I think some of the city (Bay Area, so lots of variety here) parks are open at night and most…

Earlier I D/L Zombies, Run! 2 and I just D/L the 5k App. I'll probably go through the 5k app first. I am in love after only one mission! I only got away once, but it was still fun. The whole "build a base" thing is awesome too. Oh, I LOVE Game of Thrones. I have read the books and watch the show. I'm a huge Arya, Daenerys,…

YAY! I'll friend all the geeks, nerds, etc. I am a bit of both and love it all. Status: I work IT for the CG and current instruct it, I read science books on my free time but also fictional works, grew up with orginal and Star Trek TNG, currently play Diablo III (yea.. I know.. don't hate) but I've had plenty of history…

I did end up running, but lightly, and outdoors on a trail where I ended up not coming across anyone. I will do the same today. Still ill, but I have the rest of the week, weekend, and Mon off so I will finally have some recover time, yay!

I love some British comedies and, even though I'm an American, I have used "Bloody" before. It's fun to say. I will spy on this, please keep adding :)

It would be amazing to take a class with Swenson! Mainly I just saw his poses in his book (he shows stages to include the super advanced) and thought, "I want to do THAT!" hehe. I am pretty far from some of that. I've used the book before, but you can't exactly stay in form when your turning pages to remember what…

I might be the queen of time crunch (or at least part of the family) since I work full time +duty, am a single parent to a Kindergartener, have a little over an hour worth of commute, and am finishing up a college degree. It is hard, but you can shorten food time as well, ie cooking. There are nights where dinner is just…

I look older, but it's because it gets rid of my baby fat cheeks. I look super young if I have fat cheeks so I'm happy with the "older" look. I still look younger than my age, just not 10 or 15 years younger.

I love this thread too! The biggest thing I've noticed is that my "idea" weight.. as in a weight that gives me a fairly flat belly, might be lower than I originally thought. My mom (similar height and build) was only 110 to 115 til middle age caught up with her so I might have to go that low if I don't want a gut. We'll…

It can be so many things, but hormones and sexuality can change for some people over time. It has for me, in some ways. You might have to change things up. Not all women orgasm the same, maybe you need to change up the norm. Losing weight can change your hormones and of course the age thing. It's always worth checking it…

The High School I went too had a Ramen Noodle club one year. They meet up and ate Ramen. It was before I attended so I didn't get to join the club, but there is a lot of love for those cheap little noodles :)

I love the Ramen video gift! It's probably a Japanese commercial. They make some crazy commercials. You can find plenty of them on Youtube. Like any good but less healthy food just eat in moderation. I haven't ate Ramen in a long time, but I use to add vegtables to mine. Adding vegtables and/or meat to them will make them…

I love the, "are you overwhelmed by this chart," shortcut, hehe. I want to get into Ashtanga yoga and I like Power yoga. I've heard that some Ashtanga yoga is really hard for beginners, though I don't know if I'm still beginner level or not. I'm probably pretty close, ha.

I like eating and want to be able to eat some of the tastier higher calorie things that I like more often... so I will keep working out and (when I get there) just eat maintance calories. Yummy yummy calories (haha).

The article in no way promotes losing weight without trying. Why do people always exagerate things? *sigh*

OK, first I will vent, if you don't want to read it skip this next paragraph (this vent also comes from years of reading misunderstandings regarding psychology studies): Just because something is simple and works great for group A doesn't meant that it will blanket effect and work great for everyone. There are people, for…

(Haven't read the rest of the responses yet). Yes!! You are the first person on here to ask :) I love Haku, made the Cosplay myself, though I did buy the mask and that wig as Haku pieces. I've since switched to a better wig that I styled myself though.

Yep, same here. It is good to try and loose it though. They have linked belly fat (which is different than all over body fat) to heart issues. People who build fat all over can (in theory) weigh more and have less heart related health issues than us belly fat builders. If you do have a kid though, the belly can be nice, it…

I think WA state has Tim Hortons as well. I use to live in N. MI so I had some Tim Hortons back then. Peet's is bad as well, if you get one of their "more than just coffee," drinks. They had one that sounded good, a chocolate drink, but when I saw that it was over 300 calories for a medium I decided to skip it. If you like…

I am going to go by looks/feel more so than a hard set number as well. Currently I'm at 125 since I should be thin without being stick thin at that weight. However, if I still have a pudgy belly and workouts don't fix it then I'll go down a few more lbs. I probably won't go under 120 though.

Very nice agdyl! I havn't been avoiding protien either, lately, just trying to eat enough. I do better on some days than others. I've been slacking on the lower carb thing too. I'm trying to do better though!

If I had to name a food... easy... Dr. Pepper Taco Bell Starbucks haha I have gone to Taco Bell, ordered 800+ calories worth of food and toppd it witha 300 calorie Starbucks beverage. I still do SB, but I don't get full sugar stuff anymore and Taco Bell doesnt' taste good to me anymore. I still have a rum and Dr. Pepper…

I grew up in a "eat all of your food," family that LOVED eating a LOT of food. We would eat at a buffet at least once a week when I was younger. When I was a kid I had the metabolism for it, I was a skinny kid, so eating what I want when I wanted it became the norm. There was no self control taught or practiced. I was also…

Any movement is better than no movement. You can technically lose weight without working out, if you watch your calories. You will, however, be a little healthier in the long run if you work out.
