I don't have low body fat but I just had a Dexa Body Scan (which is supposed to be the "bench mark" of body fat testing). I'm at 26%. My best 5k - 26.29 (8:31 minute mile) Best 10k 57:25 (9:14 minute mile) Training pace: usually around 8:50 or so. Although it is VERY humid lately and that has slowed me down.
