i'm doing slim4life. My first 3 days I lost 10lbs. It was all meat as much as I could eat up to 5lbs. Now I'm on 3 protein supplements a day, 2 servings of protein , 4 servings of veggies (no carrots), 2 small servings of fruit, 1tbsp fat ( lite margarine) and 2 starches. Im on week 3 and have hit a plateau so its changed…
