  • I shop every week, and it's usually just to buy ingredients for meals I plan to make during the week. Otherwise, this looks pretty sad for feeding a family of three! 1 dozen eggs olive oil almond milk stir fry beef boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 bags of garden salad 2 lbs. strawberries 1 gallon of 2 % milk
  • If I run (which I don't do that often, because I hate it), I listen to ska-punk--Stuff like Rancid, Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Reel Big Fish, etc.

  • I just signed up this evening--I was on WW, but got tired of paying for it and not seeing any results. I need some accountability, though!
