I prefer to be able to eat more with less calories by eating at home, instead of 2 items with an outrageous amount of calories.. However, if I absolutely have to do so, I'll always get the Southwest Chicken Salad from Jack In The Box.. that's my cocaine.

I hear ya on that, but here lately my will power has been awful. I have a feeling these things will help me get back on track. Expensive little buggers, though.

In all honesty, I don't have a doctor. It's mainly an appetite suppressant, because when I looked at the bottle it said it contained Vitamin B6, cocoa powder, chromium, spirulina, green tea extract and natural sourced caffeine.

Appetite Control Energy.. I don't think it's a diet pill. I barely know anything about it, but I've heard it works.. So I jumped into it and took one.. I must say I haven't been hungry all night and still had 700 calories left over, which is how I like to end my days.

Definitely! I have a motivational system I call "Tatt for Fatt", I just now came up with that. Cool, huh? Every 20 lbs lost, I treat myself to a tattoo and when I reach my goal weight, I'm getting my big piece done.
