I haven't found that to be true. I actually think they are too high on their estimate of calories burned. For cycling i have to go for the next Lower Speed to get what i think could be correct. Got out at 7 AM today for an early ride. Cooler - but hey this is Florida - its relative - I think it was about 68 ! Can you ride a bike? I am coming back from an ankle injury - now a year. Oatmeal 3/4 cup cooked in microwave with 1.5 cup water for 7 min 40 sec. on 50% power Then add a couple of packets of stevia, teaspoon of flax seeds, 1 T. of vanilla protein powder and 1/2 cup frozen blueberries that i nuke for 12 seconds. Mix all up and its super! Everyday!

Went to a golf/tennis shop that only sells salesmens samples. I had gone a year ago and was hugely disappointed because they only had smalls and mediums. At that time - i wore a large - for sure.
