It was the first thing i did. In cutting out bread - i also cut out butter. Bread was not a big deal for me - so not really a problem. I mainly used it for sandwiches. So - no sandwiches - fine. Well - first month i didn't make my goal. I played more tennis and went to the gym for weights 3 times a week - but didn't get my miles as planned!! So next month i think i had better lower the goal a tad. Good luck to all others who still have daylight to get in their miles!
