  • I have been at goal for about 3 months. I actually went maybe 2lbs under. Since then i have had a 3 lb range. I think 5 lbs is much more realistic. I have logged everyday and plan to - forever!   • I used to have sugar in my coffee for years. Quit cold turkey a couple of years ago and don't miss it. BUT - i have stevia. The granulated kind. To me - the taste is very similar to sugar. But my husband likes the liquid Stevia. You have to try both to see if one works for you.

  • I did this with 1200 calories. But that is before exercise. And i do like food, so i exercised usually at least 2 hours a day. That worked for me because it allowed more of everything.   • I agree with all that posted before me. You look great and 30 lbs in 5 months is super. That is approx. 1.5 lbs a week which is perfect. Keep it up - you can already see a big difference - your face, your arms - its all good. You have proven you can do this so just keep going!
