2/1 - 4.75 miles walking with some sprinting (that adds a bit of challenge and I'm not even that sore today from the added "impact" on my "old knees" )

Even though I was short in January for a second month in a row (boo!me) I'm going to set my goal for 75 miles again. Got another 35 minutes in today playing frisbee with the retriever, the puggle had absolutely no interest.

Feb. 2nd - 1.54 miles
Total - 6.53 miles
It's freezing rain and windy here so all I could do was walk inside my house. From one end of the hallway to the end of the living room. Twenty five minutes is all I could handle because I had a three and five year old acting like puppy dogs trying to attack me every time I walked by them. They thought it was hilarious!

I'm in for 90 miles this month, allowing for a shorter month and evening lectures twice a week.
I do use my Fitbit total for the day.......I know this is most likely overestimated but I set my goal with that in mind.
Personally, what matters to me is that I set myself a goal and work towards it. I'm not using this to compare myself to anyone else's performance. Taking part is purely for my own benefit :happy:

I'm new to this challenge. Love to go walking but not in the 100 miles range. Just some moving the legs around the neighbourhood. Don't have a pedometer at the moment, after a year and a half it broke and I haven't got a working replacement yet. But I think I'll get in on the fun at 10 miles this month. That is a lot for me, hope to work the number of miles up and the weight down!!0

Well, have to be realistic this month. Need to lower my miles as i am playing more tennis and doing weight training 3 times a week.
So putting my cycling miles at 150. Hope to exceed that - but will see how it goes. Got off to a good start today.
February 2nd - 20.3 miles
To go - 129.7 miles
Goal 150 miles.
