Added 7.1 miles today to try to make up at least a little of the ground that I've lost over the last few days. :ohwell: I did a 1.1 mile walk at work this afternoon, then a 3.2 mile treadmill walk and 2.8 mile stationary bike ride at the gym this evening. Felt great to get back at it. Wanted to run, but held myself back until my respiratory system is back closer to 100%. But I'm quite pleased with this.

Added a couple more miles yesterday, and I'm solidly getting in my swim miles this month but it's not enough mileage to move me out of the dreaded blue zone :ohwell: Need to get on the bike so I can get out of Kermit mode.

Added 3.25 miles Tuesday and Wednesday AND.........I have a day off today!!!!:huh: :noway: So, I am going OUTSIDE :huh: for a nice long walk. :bigsmile: It might be a bit of a challenge since there is still ice on the sidewalks even though it is 60F here today. Bring it On!!:laugh: This is the first time this month I will have a chance to walk outside more than the 125 steps from my car to the door of work and back at a time. Sorry if I sound a little giddy, but I was starting to think I might turn back into the doorstop (couchwarmer?) I was before I found this challenge last May (I think it was May anyway). It's pretty clear that my goal for this month is not going to happen, but SO WHAT :laugh: I'm going to start moving again and do the best I can for now. AND......March isn't too far away and I can try again. :bigsmile: Thanks everyone for being here. I know last year I would have thrown up my hands and given up but......I know from listening to you that setbacks are not forever and I can get it moving again. Now...I need to stop typing and start walking. :bigsmile:
