Not sure, but think you are going to be happy with just upper body workout. I tore a tendon around my ankle 14 mos ago and was in a boot for 8 weeks - then phys therapy. Didn't start lower body for about a total of 6-7 months. Although maybe could have started sooner. And that was /is cycling. Now i can play tennis again…

Treats have enabled me to lose what i have never lost before! I have 1-3 daily. If it won't quite fit in my calories for the day, i will often go do some more exercise so it will! Could not have done this without my treats.........
