Thank you guys for the encouragement! I will be taking my before pictures tonight and I have already measured my body last night bc I am sure the scale will prob go up and I cant base anything off the number on the scale anymore. Super excited!

I am 31, I was a non-runner up until about 3 years ago. It was hard at first and I hated it, but then one day I hit the runners high and I havent stopped since. Love running now

I gain a pound or 2 everyother day. Your body with fluctuate. A pound is nothing and its prob not even a gain its prob just water.

I believe it does, I gained weight after beng on very strong antibotics. And it took some time to get my body feeling normal again. But also let me add that its not the only thngs that makes you gain weight. Kids arent just fat from antibiotics. But it does put a few pounds on, but NOT all the pounds.

Nope, I workout in bagging clothes bc I am not there to look cute. I am there to do work! I look grossly sweaty when I leave. Your not the only one there to do work. I do see those type of girl too. I just smh

Ok whether or not food addiction exsists. You still have to be responsible for your actions and chioces. You cant just think its a addiction and take no responsability for the poor choices.

Does your diet consist of alot of protein? I found that when I tried to up my protein i could not eat, I was never hungry and had to force myself to eat. I was stuffed all day and wasnt getting enough food bc of it. I stop it bc I didnt wanna feel grossly stuffed like that all the time and I wanted to want food again lol.…

Good advice would be to work on running in general. You can do elliptical and walking all day but running is different and if you never run then starting out doing a 5k is not practical. Start jogging for 30 seconds and walking for 2 mins. Do that on and off, then go up to run 1 min and walk for 2 eventually start to run…

I have just started uping my calories a few days ago. Yes I usually eat back my workout calories.
