I hated running, but forced myself to do it. Started 1 min runs and 2 min walks. Thats was about 3 years ago and now I can push to 5 miles or so but a regular workout run is around 3 miles. It takes time and I can only say from my experience is that I fell in love with running. I dont know if that will happen for everyone…

YES! cookie dough oreos are a big waste of calories. Sounded so good, but its nothing good about it. Waste!

Your not eating enough calories, Im 5'3 123lbs and that doesnt even seem like enough for me your body is probably holding on to every ounce of fat bc of it.

I had the same problem and then I stopped drinking diet soda and it went away. I believe the aspertame in the soda can cause belly bloat. Are you drinking diet soda or anything with alot of aspertame?

Free days need to be per individual. Some people like me can never have a full completely free day. And if you do decide to have a free day it should not be COMPLETELY free as to have anything as much as you want. Be smart about it and try to see what works for you. Always a good idea to have the yummier stuff on workout…

Its not pointless to burn calories just to eat them back. Your already at a deficit. Your body needs more food to recover and keep your metabolism going when you workout. Have fun eating 800 calories a day! You cant keep that up so when you do eat again youll gain anything back if you even lose anything. Have fun!

I am n 1200 a day, some days it can be hard but most days it is just fine. And it encourages me to workout more so I can eat guilt free. Its works for me and I just find food that give me the most amount food for the least amount of calories like Subway veggie subs. They fill me up and not alot of calories.

Thanks for the responses, Its not so much that its a huge problem just that I never realized I consumed so much not even knowing it. I wont be changing what I eat or anything bc of it unless it became a health issue which it is not at the moment. Just was eye opening. I just think maybe its time for me to get more educated…

When I hit my goal weight I looked good compared to what I was before BUT I was not tone and I was what you could call skinny fat. Little by all means but not tone. That is what I am working on now. She is 26, nothing is going to help her lose weight until she decides to make the decison to change. Sorry, but all you can do is suggest MFP and explain what it is but you cant make her use it and I dont recommend trying to make her use it, it will probably make her worse.

Yes I drink room temp water as well, but as I said I would love to eat but I can not eat right now. Im not trying to stay hungry, I just dont have to option to be around food at the moment. Thanks for your reply. Just was curious.

I am 5'3 and started at 170.2, they gave me 1200 calories a day. I lost all my weight on that.

Yes it is very normal to be very hungry after working out. I am a runner and I get crazy hungry after runs and sometimes the day after too! I will eat when I am hungry bc I believe it is my metabolism going crazy and needing fuel.
