For me, my first shock and horror moment was the first day i logged my food and saw I was out of calories by 11am! I was so shocked but it was a good shock. MFP has completely changed my life. Good luck in your journey!!!!!

Ummm.... Yes you do want to eat your workout calories. If you dont eat enough then your body CAN go into starvation mode and hold on to your weight. The more calories you burn the more fuel your body needs. So yes eat your cardio calories!

Get off the pills, there is no quick fix to controlling appetites, its just making the decision to not eat everytime you want something. Thank everyone for your input. I have lost all my weight by mostly cardio and it just worries me to cut it down. I think Im stuck in a wrong mind set that you need a crap ton of cardio to see results. Well Ill try a new way and hope it works. Thanks :)

Then something must be wrong about the calorie intake allowance. 1400 seems a bit high bc I started MFP at 170 pounds and it only gave me 1200 calories then and has always been 1200 calories. It has worked for years at that calories intake and I have maintained and kept it off.

Ummm the deal is its a food chain salad. They dont care how many calories are in it, bc its called a salad people get it thinking its healthy, but it doesnt matter to them what is actually in it. If you wanna know exactly what your eating you have to make it yourself.

What is sounds like is not that your over eating but you are under eating. If thats all you ate then your body is probably holding on to every ounce of food you have consumed bc its going into starvation mode. Eat your calories and even go over if you need to during those couple days.

Ummm only worry abgout your calories. Over on protein is not a big deal. Your muscles need it anyways for recovery. Just focus on calories, Its how I lost all my weight and went over on everything else more often than not. Good luck!

Perhaps your not eating enough calories. Oats, soup, and salad dont seem to be enough food to hit your calorie goals but I guess it could be possible with unhealthy salads. Im not sure what all could be the problem however, if you dont eat back you workout calories then it can slow your metabolism. You body needs it. Also 2026 seems alittle high. I didnt think a woman should ever be over 2000 calories a day and that is still alot. Maybe check with your doctor.

if your working out 5-6 days a week and your only eating 1200 calories then that is prob the problem. 1200 calories is for days you dont workout. Days that you do you HAVE to eat those calories otherwise your metabolism will shut down and in turn you will not lose weight.
