I did on occasion last week because I was staying at someone else's house and was limited in my food choices.. but I am constantly aware of my sodium intake

It's possible. I did have a stressful week.... with class ending and things between me and my boyfriend.... I did drink alcohol one night but haven't drank in almost two months. Hopefully my stomach will go back down... I feel so huge... I wish I just knew exactly what was wrong so I could fix it...

They should properly introduce themselves before they pull that crap.

I went over in sodium at 3,000 mg + a few days ago, my body could be holding on to that? I havent worked out in just over a week, I've been finishing up this online class which is taking all my time. And making me stay up late!

This is the problem. There is SOME food in the house, mostly processed foods like bologna and high fat cheese for the guys in my house. We have shopped for healthier foods before and she needs to get the BAD foods for the guys because they like those and will only eat those. We have cooked healthy dinners together which I…

Awesome advice everyone, thank you :)

Hmm, I guess so. I would think that I'd have to eat horribly and way over my calorie range for it to suggest I'd weigh 3 more lbs than it suggested a few days ago! Gahhhh.

Wait... what? lol

Nice!... but geez, see if I eat celery again! :P
-
Unfortunately I have none of that! =/

Increase them for days I work out and days I don't?

What protein do you suggest? I bought Jillian Michaels whey protein mix and hated it with water.

Mine has been doing that too for about three weeks, SO frustrating... most of the time though, it's that same exact number in the morning.
-
Yeah you are right, I've been trying to do that but clearly not enough. I get paranoid when I eat more than I am used to. But I will have to do it.

Thank you. That's my problem lately though. I have been eating about 1200 calories for about a month now and am now at a stall since I started exercising a few weeks ago. Now I feel like I need to up my calories, and eat back all my exercise calories to get out of this plateau!
-
I have been at 147.8 for about three weeks now. But I just recently upped my calories.

I absolutely agree. You truly look amazing. I hope you believe it. I would kill to look like you! =)

Another question... how many calories do you think is a good range for me? I started, as I said before, at 1100-1200. WIth my deficit from exercise today I am at around 1200 calories but I read that I should be eating 1300-1500. I am 147.6 and 5'4", on my 6th day of an exercise regime. I go every other day. I am also not…

Thank you everyone!! I hope I am doing this right. I have read a lot of people's weight loss gets going after they up their calories so their net isn't 1200 or lower. But then, there are those who don't lose weight from eating their exercise calories... it's a never ending debate, it seems. Should I eat more than 1450…

Thanks for your responses! How do I know my weight is stalled because of a new exercise regime, or if I am eating too little calories or of its because I am gaining muscle? I have only been on this exercise regime a week. But I have always tried to eat right and have been good for a month. I lost 5 lbs on a 1200 calorie…

I will definitely check that out. Thank you.

That is what I am hoping for, and I will keep pushing for as long as I can! I also have not noticed any difference in pants size, or any clothing feeling loose on me or anything since I have lost those 30 lbs. That is another reason I am discouraged. I feel that I should be feeling differently. Perhaps its because I never…
