since no one answered your question i will try to help , as for 1200 calories per day your body has gotten used to it try upping your calories to 1500 a day to get your body jump started also stop doing any type of work because your body is used to that also if you could walk 25 minutes a day that will start your body up…

i have never used xylitol, but i do use stevia with my decafe tea everyday i like it :)

i have never saw one anywhere i went but it would be nice to see them on the menus :)

i eat 1200 cal a day and then i burn excersise cals but i never eat mine back , i have been losing 1 pound a day because of that , so im not sure the answer to that :)

i eat Potatoes mashed everyday two times a day and i am losing one pound a day so i think its all about calories and working out :)
