pittsburgh vs the entire state of west virginia, philadelphia (all sports and the city/residents in general), baltimore, cleveland, d.c and currently boston (hockey only). i'm starting to think we might be kind of jerks here.

i only have the free version so, no calorie count from them but, it does seem to be fairly accurate with its steps/distance measurements.

of course i eat carbs. why wouldn't i? i don't go overboard with them and try to keep to whole grain products instead of white but if i want some white bread, i eat it. with all the working out you do, you should probably not cut them out completely. they do provide fuel after all.

right now, okra, chard, spinach and salad greens all in containers. supposedly going to be closing on a house this friday (was supposed to be last but...sellers) that has outdoor space so i'm looking to add quite a bit more this summer.

scrambled eggs traditionally have some milk or cream added to the egg. if you use water or nothing but egg, the calories are the same.

well, in these specific examples, i'd say -your body needed food and went with what was first available. you might want to consider eating some or all of your breakfast at home. -work is BORING. it leads to mindless snacking. i have a pretty good handle on cravings and no longer hit up the vending machine but, if it's in…

I'm smack in between the two. my brain goal is around 130 but my body seems to prefer 135-ish. 125 would be an absolute impossibility for me.
