we're about the same height, for my body, that weight would be too low. that said, it is still considered a healthy weight for the height. if you feel good and think you look good, that's all that matters. i also agree with ValGogo - some muscle definition may not be a bad idea.

it's been by as much as 5 or 6 pounds (thanks sodium and booze) but is usually around 2 or 3. i rarely weight myself for just that reason.
-
i do the same things i always do but dial back the intensity a bit and increase the duration. i also keep the inhaler handy just in case.

i am definitely trying this the next time i see purple cauliflower. it sounds tasty (woocheese!) plus, changing it's color makes it more fun and therefore tastier. yes, i have to trick myself to eat certain things. last time i had it, i turned it almost neon pink when i sprinkled lemon juice on it. i enjoyed that quite a…

yeah. i like being a little squishy but my jeans were getting a bit snug and i'd rather fit them than have to buy new ones.

honestly, no. of course, i've never had to lose more than 10 pounds but, for me, those are two separate issues and losing weight isn;t a magic cure for my psychological issues. now that i think about it, i'm usually worse when my weight is lower.

i'm also allergic to chicken eggs (and every other aspect of chickens). my doctor suggested non-chicken eggs. i do fine with duck, quail, and goose eggs. you may want to ask your doctor about that. i usually do oatmeal with dried fruits and some sort of nut. tofu is great for imitating scrambled eggs. i also like beans…

first, if it's only been a week and you haven't actually cut out dairy, of course there will be no change in symptoms. you need to pay closer attention to what you eat to make sure you're following doctor's orders. second, if your husband makes food for you, you really need to remind him that no dairy means no dairy and…

seriously?! i'm the only person here who hates asparagus? it's vile! bitter and...asparagussy. it really only tastes like itself. though i guess it's sort similar to brussles sprouts (which i also despise) it's one of the few foods i absolutely refuse to eat. those buddy tips make my stomach turn and the stalks are no…

you could also do what i do. take some lactaid and have some dairy. greens with a bit of goat cheese or parmesan is tasty! oh yeah, you could try goat milk based things too. as far as calcium supplements, you may as well start taking one. your doctor will probably be recommending it in a few years anyway.

it's the only sport i've asked about that i'm not medically cleared to do? heat + humidity=asthma attack in my world so, no hot yoga. my sister loves it though.
-
dunno. haven't experienced all of them yet. they've all been pretty good so far. well, once the awkward early teen years ended anyway.
-
i used to belong to curves and i LOVED it. i joined when i was...28 or 29 and went 3-4 times a week until it closed (and turned into yet another stupid hot yoga studio) three or 4 years later. i miss it terribly. i always got a great workout - you really have to push yourself if you want any results. i was always soaked…

irish and probably english. there's supposedly some dutch in there but nobody will admit to it.

i'm not sick but i do have poison ivy. i'm super allergic to it so i'm on prednisone and benedryl until friday at least so i'll be a bit of a zombie for the holiday. i'm also not supposed to sweat so, no workouts. of course, that's probably for the best anyway. hope everybody feels better soon.

ugh. it's soda. unless it's got booze in it. then it's sodie pop ;p
-
tweak for sure. with pip and stan being closely tied for second and the raisins girls lumped together at third.

allergies - chicken and chicken eggs (duck/quail/goose are all fine), fennel sensitivities - fake crab, too much of any oil the only meat i eat is seafood/shellfish i'm also ridiculously lactose intolerant but i just take lactaid so it's hardly worth mentioning. i try to go out to eat at places with vegan options if not, i…

i'm hardly an expert but it seems like you might just need to be more patient, 3 weeks isn't really enough time to make much difference either way and you might want to try drinking more water. that's definitely helped me out a lot. and, ot, your dog is ADORABLE!

i pop in occasionally. data base manager/analyst for a late life depression clinic. it sounds much cooler than it is. back to work once i enter my lunch.

that will most likely stop working for her very soon. i was at my thinnest when i was surviving on booze, bread and cheese, and some fruit from time to time. once i hit 28 or so, i had to change up my diet or accept the weight gain.

a lot of the fake chicken products aren't actually vegan so be sure to double check. you should definitely add in more types of beans/legumes. i prefer veganaise (more like mayo) to nayonaise (more like miracle whip) but that's just my two cents. i usually keep nutritional yeast on hand for when i want something vaguely…

were we supposed to wait for something to start? i had started to post that i prefer moderation but then i realized that, due to food allergies (chicken, chicken eggs) and my stomach's natural preference to not properly digest most meats and really sugary/greasy/fatty/salty foods, i've pretty much eliminated most of the…

i usually make a black bean and orzo salad with diced jalapeno, tomato, yellow or orange bell pepper and lime vinaigrette. sometimes i throw in some corn.
-
i just switched it to show my potassium level instead. i think it's better this way.

well...i logged yesterday when i consumed a full days worth of calories in gin alone. it's actually helpful to see what i've consumed and what the consequences may end up being. the weight it gave me "in 5 weeks if every day were like today" really made me think. also, some things that i had thought were crazy calorie…

nope. but then, i'm allergic to eggs so...there's that. eat your cake and have an awesome birthday!
-
usually just a pound or two unless i've had a lot of salt (or beer). then 5 pounds isn't unheard of.
-
same thing happened to me. see your doctor and, in the meantime, tray adding some healthy fats to your diet. a little extra oil or an avocado here and there are easy ways to do it.
-
mine peel when i don;t wear gloves for dish washing or cleaning. hopefully it's something simple like that. good luck with your doc.
