You can DO this! Go for a leisurely walk rather than a tough workout today, perhaps, or treat yourself to a movie or some other break from the 'same-old, same-old' routine. Sometimes that snaps me out of a funk. Also, lilRicki's suggestion of a nap is a good idea, too. I know I could sure use one... :wink: Hang in there…

Feel free to add me as well, if you'd like. I've had excellent results and am just addicted to mfp (as are a lot of us!). I prefer the online version to the BB app, for sure, but I use the app when I have to.
