Thank you so much for the video, nladopoulos!! I have been having major foot issues with toe surgeries for MONTHS and can't go out walking, which is my preferred form of exercise. This is going to be a godsend... can you tell YouTube isn't my first go-to to find stuff yet? ;)

What about munching on things like dried fruit and nuts mixes? They are yummy and super good for you, and it's pretty easy to add HEALTHY calories with things like almonds and pistachios and....yeah, I'm off to grab some right now! :wink:

Weighed in this morning (5/18) and I was at 134.2, so I re-lost that extra pound the gut-bomb of a Sunday-night dinner added on, so I'm 70% of the way there! :smile: Hope my shoulder heals enough to let me exercise again soon, because this week has been AWFUL in that department!

I know we see people lose a ton of weight on shows like "The Biggest Loser," but honestly, 13 pounds is a LOT to lose in one month and rather than bemoaning the fact that you didn't lose more, you should be proud of your progress. Congrats! The thing about this site is that it's a lifestyle change as compared to a diet, so it kind of changes how you think about things--at least that's what it's done for me!

I recommend eating most of them, but also make SURE you're drinking the water. That, specifically, is a large part of what made me stumble recently (in my so-called maintenance phase) and go back to having to re-drop those last 5-7 lbs. :sad:
