Hello! I'm in Houston as well and I also love to mountain bike - my husband and I go out riding every weekend. I'm also a weightlifter and LOVE it. Compound lifts 5x per week is excessive. Isolated lifting can be done 5-6 days if you're working different muscles, different days.

QFT Also, no muscle doesn't weigh more than fat. It weighs the same. A pound is a pound. However, muscle takes up less space than fat. I've also never seen a program where you do cardio in between sets of lifting. If you're new to lifting, I'd recommend a compound lifting routine 3-4 times a week with a 20-30 minute sesh…

Have never regretted not having children. I'm still young though, at 31 and whilst everyone around me asks when I'll be having kids, I (sometimes politely, sometimes not) tell them I won't be having any so they shouldn't get their hopes up. My husband and I enjoy what we have. I'm already planning on retirement for crying…

60-80 minutes 3 times per week. I do compound lifts rather than isolated. Seems to work better for me at the moment.

Um no. Nothing wrong with using up the calories allotted to you. Binge eating is when you can't control yourself, go OVER your maintenance level - all the time - therefore getting fatter in the process. :flowerforyou:
